Open the individual wrapper.

Remove the adhesive backing.

Position the liner inside clean, dry pants.

Press

Press securely against the garment fabric.

Adjust

Adjust or tear only along the designated tail perforations when needed.

Dispose

Use once and dispose of it in the trash.

Do not flush

Do not flush.

If irritation occurs

Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
